Q products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Q covers the cost of repair or replacement of any such defect. Q determines what is a manufacturing defect based on the information supplied by the customer and, if necessary, inspection of the item. To initiate an RMA, please fill out the below form entirely and accurately. The more we know, the better we can help. Any missing or incorrect information will delay the process. DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEM FOR INSPECTION UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION AND AN RMA NUMBER FROM Q.
By filling out this RMA form, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Q will send you a confirmation email for your RMA
• You will receive an RMA number and shipping label to return the item
• Q is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit
• The RMA form must be shipped with the item to be inspected;
• If Q determines the product is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, Q will repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price.
• Determination to repair, replace, or refund the purchase price is made solely at the discretion of Q and only after Q has had the opportunity to examine and determine that the cause is due to manufacture defect.
• If Q determines the damage is not a manufacture defect, and therefore not covered by warranty, Q will provide a quote based on the repair price schedule. No work will commence until the customer has accepted the repair estimate.
• Q will pay all any reasonable shipping costs to return the product to the customer.
• Customer acknowledges that federal regulations prohibit transferring the serial number of a silencer to a new outer tube. Tube damage rendering the silencer unsafe will require a new silencer and applicable ATF transfer procedures.
• No personal items, including all accessories such as stocks, optics, holsters, or any other attachment will be shipped without prior approval of Q;
• Q is not liable for any damage to any personal items including but not limited to damage during transportation, inspection, or repair;
• Q makes no guarantee for repair time, any repair time estimate is simply that - an estimate.
