What’s Included 

• Ground Transport: We’ll handle your transport from Port Elizabeth (PE) to the camp and back, so you can focus on what matters most. 
• Luxury Lodging: Stay in comfortable accommodations with all your needs taken care of; meals, laundry, and beverages included. 
• Professional Hunting Team: Guided by an experienced PH and supported by trackers/skinners and camp staff who ensure your experience is seamless and memorable. 

What You’re Responsible For 

• Flights: Book your flights to Johannesburg and PE. 
• Overnight Stay in JNB: Approx. $200 for a night in Johannesburg before heading to Port Elizabeth. 
• Firearm Permit Fee: ~$200 to bring your weapon of choice. 
• Taxidermy and Export Costs: Any trophy you wish to bring home will incur taxidermy and export fees. 
• Gratuities: A recommended $200/day for your PH, plus ~$30/day for camp staff. 

Hunt Packages 

Premium Package – $12,000 
A seven-species hunting adventure, perfect for those looking to collect a full range of trophies: 

• Cape Kudu

• Non-Trophy Black Wildebeest 

Standard Package – $8,500 
A five-species experience, ideal for those looking for a shorter yet action-packed hunt:

Cancellation Policy 

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to accommodate you as best we can. However, because of the extensive resources invested in planning each hunt, cancellations are subject to the following charges: 

• Before August 15, 2025: A $1,000 deposit will be charged. 
• After August 15, 2025 but before September 19, 2025: 50% of the total hunt package cost will be charged. 
• After September 19, 2025: No refunds will be issued.
